s.Oliver brand registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office in Munich

Opening of the first retail store in Würzburg

1987

Foundation of Oliver Twist Textilhandels GmbH Acquisition of the company Chicago Jeansmoden, renamed KNOCKOUT Textilhandels GmbH, and launch of the KNOCKOUT brand

1993

Foundation of Chaloc Textilhandels GmbH and launch of the retail brand Chaloc

1994

Foundation of Q.S. Textilhandels GmbH and launch of the QS (female) brand

1995

Introduction of the “Anastacia by s.Oliver” collection at over 500 POS on 17.8.2006. s.Oliver brand launched in Italy, Kazakhstan and Poland Opening of a 1500 m² flagship store on the Kaufingerstrasse in Munich

2007

Anastacia presents Anastacia by s.Oliver collection at a fashion show at the “A-Hotel Event” in Berlin. Numerous celebrities join s.Oliver and the singer for the occasion.

QS by s.Oliver invites submissions for the first QS by s.Oliver Campus Contest: high schools/colleges are invited to plan a concert event on their own campuses Brand launch: France and India Launch of the lifestyle line s.Oliver Garden and s.Oliver Baby (prams and pushchairs)

2008

40 years of real fashion: s.Oliver celebrates its 40th anniversary! Poland, The Czech Republic and Slovakia join Austria, Switzerland and Benelux as core markets with their own sales organization s.Oliver opens a flagship store in the new “MyZeil” Center in Frankfurt, Germany s.Oliver hosts it biannual “Partnerforum” for the first time with attendees from fashion industry decision makers to top rank politicians s.Oliver opens a flagship store in Hannover, Germany s.Oliver enters the plus size market with “by s.Oliver” s.Oliver opens a new flagship store in Würzburg, Germany s.Oliver is awarded “Most family oriented employer” of the Mainfranken region Internationally renown violinist David Garrett stars in the s.Oliver campaign “The Sound of Christmas” s.Oliver finishes its expansions at the company headquarters in Rottendorf with the opening of another office building also housing the new food court.
